HIGH TIMES ALL STARS: Nate Newton

The six-time Pro Bowl offensive lineman was arrested in 2001 when police pulled over a van he was riding in and discovered 213 pounds of pot stored in cardboard boxes in the back seat. Five weeks later, he got popped again, this time with 175 pounds of herb in the car.

Newton, who had retired a year earlier after fourteen seasons in the NFL, was convicted of possession with intent to distribute marijuana and sentenced to thirty months in federal prison.

Thank you High Times.
