Uncle Miltie Knows

"There is no logical basis for the prohibition of marijuana," according to Nobel Prize winning economist Milton Friedman (fried man), a leading voice in the promotion of free-market economics, a founding father of the Reagan Revolution, and about as far from a "hippie" as you're likely to find on planet Earth. As Friedman declared shortly before his death at age ninety-four: "It's absolutely disgraceful to think of picking up a twenty-two-year-old for smoking pot. More disgraceful is the denial of marijuana for medical purposes."
