What if the cops had a sense of humor? In Super Troopers, a group of Vermont state troopers stuck in a small town spend more time getting baked and playing pranks on each other than actually fighting crime. Police work takes a backseat to high-jinks until the troopers find themselves tasked with busting up an herb-smuggling ring moving weight across the Canadian border.
