Today March 19 is the Hindu spring festival Holi, often celebrated with bhang - a warm blend of milk, almonds, fresh buds, and spices - which remains widely available despite India's official ban on marijuna.

WE ALL SCREAM FOR BHANG KULFI

In India, it's more common to eat marijuana than to smoke it, which may be why there are so many great Indian marijuana munchies. Traditionally consumed on the holiday of Holi, favorites include marijuana filled fritters; pot pakoras; marijuana "milkshakes" like lassi and thandai; and bhang kulfi, a marijuana-infused ice cream.
