"What's Norml?

According to the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws, it's normal to smoke pot. Norml is also the oldest and largest organization dedicated solely to securing the rights of marijuana smokers -w.e., you -and there's no better time to join than now, while you're nice and stoned. For more information go to www.norml.org."
